PT Smart Tbk is one of the largest, publicly-listed integrated palm-based consumer companies in Indonesia. SMART is a subsidiary of Golden Agd-Resources Ltd (“GAR”), listed in the Singapore Exchange. SMART manages all of GAR’s oil palm plantations, which has a total planted area of 448,900 hectares (including small holders) in Indonesia.
We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals to fill the following vacancies:
1. Corporate Finance / Investment Senior Manager
• Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA / Master’s degree in Finance
• Min. 5- 10 years in similar role and having preferably 3 years of experience in Investment banking / Corporate Finance/ Investment/ Management Consulting
• Exposure in various M&A deals and proven track record in executing M&A deals
• Strong structuring, analytical and financial modeling skills
• Good command of English is a must
2. Tax Senior Manager
• Min. 5 - 10 years as a Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager experience
• Hold a Certified Tax License (USKP) min. B license, preferably C
• Solid experience in handling tax audit, tax objection and able to represent as Tax Attorney in Tax court
• Must have a proactive, persistence and solution -oriented. attitude
• Good analytical and logical thinking mindset, along with good communication skill
3. Banking Relations Senior Manager
• Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, MBA / MM degree is a plus
• Min. 5 -8 years of relevant experience in similar role or having exposure in Public Accounting firm / Corporate Banking / Corporate Finance
• Good command of English is a must
• Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
• Exposure in the Agribusiness sector is a plus
4. AVP Procurement
• Min. 8 -10 years in similar role, preferably having experience in Agribusiness (Oil Palm) industry
• Ability to build and develop a supply base for procuring of strategic materials, products and provide timely and efficient support services
• Good command of English
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
