Mill Managers
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record.
• Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course FOR Palm Oil Engineers.
• Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Productions Engineering.
• Work experience in Indonesia would be an adventage.
Estate Managers
Main Duties:
• To be responsible in developing and managing ± 10-15 thousand hectares of Oil Palm, Rubber, Oil Palm/Rubber or Forestry plantations
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable Oil Palm/ Rubber/ Forestry Plantation company.
• Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline/ AISP/ LISP.
• Candidates with Indonesian planting experience will have a better advantage.
• Possess substantial experience in Oil PALM., RUBBER & FORESTRY development from jungle.
• Possess the capacity to deal with e development of “Kebun Plasma” /’HT1’.
• Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government.
• Authorities in respect of land and its associated issues.
• Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved.
